cocoresells1 @amberlknapp Hi…they do have a bit, there is some elastane blend if I’m not mistaken. In LOVE with them, but they’re just a bit too small for me!

cocoresells1 @amberlknapp No worries! Ok, the measurement is just about spot on at 14.5” across/flat. I added the video so you could get an idea of the amount of stretch. I hope that helps…I can send another offer next week if you want to think about it and if you don’t think they’ll work, I totally get that too!☺️

cocoresells1 @amberlknapp No worries! Sorry it took so long to get back! If I roll them twice, it takes off about 3.5”…so they would be between 21” and 21.5”. I suppose you could go more, but I think rolling them twice about 1.5” each time would be the bare minimum to keep them cuffed…if that makes sense?!?!🤔
