Black Off the Shoulder tie sleeve satiny dress

This is a super cute off the shoulder dress. It is black with short sleeves that tie into bows. One is tied in the photos and the other isn’t to show the tie feature. There is a pull in the fabric on the front but it’s barely noticeable on. Would be a super cute party/ going out dress. Built in slip underneath. Very flattering.
