Black Off the Shoulder Romper Jumpsuit

Dressy black one piece romper/jump suit. Super cute and dressy. No visible flaws, and in like new condition. Size is indicated as a 13, but I would say it is more like a size 12, runs small. Sits off the shoulder with spaghetti straps, ruffle top and zip up back. Would look great with flats or heels. Polyester/Spandex material.
