Black Nine West size 8 sleeveless mid-length dress NWT

Black Nine West dress size 8 NWT. 40 inches from shoulder to hem. V neck, sleeveless with zipper in back & sash that you can tie in the back. It has a flare at the bottom, 100% polyester. Never worn, but there is a rip inside the dress near the tag. I posted a picture showing the tear. Purchased from Ross & has been sitting in my closet. Time to clear out!
