This is a Black and White polka dots Skirt. A net dress up costume with an elastic waist. There are no zipper, it is pull on. This is a gently worn costume. It is still in very good condition, the elastic still stretches just fine. The top of the skirt is black netting. The ruffle on the bottom is two layers - black net and on top the black with white polka dots net. READ THE MEASUREMENTS: I tape measured the waist as 12" without stretching it. It goes to 16" and a little more when stretched. The length is about 20" This is an excellent dress up skirt for any child. It looks like that popular lady mouse. Your girl can wear it for a Halloween costume, dress up, or even a daytime skirt over jeans or leggings. Seldom worn and in good condition. The fabric is Polyester net. It is in good condition . I've described it to the best of my ability. It is clean.
