emilywarriors Hi, I just tried these on. The inside says they are size 10N but your listing says size 10 medium. They are too narrow. I can send a photo as proof but can’t attach here.

emilywarriors @laynefrenz ok. I accepted the order when I received it because I thought it was just to confirm receipt, and they did look good! However as soon as I put them on, I knew they were the wrong size as I have these same boots already. I checked inside and they are indeed N not M. I will contact support since it doesn’t sound like there’s anything you can do at this point.

laynefrenz @emilywarriors I'm very sorry I haven't been able to just fix it myself. Hopefully Poshmark can open it up for me to initiate a return for you. They said they usually respond in about 24 hours. Fingers crossed.

laynefrenz @emilywarriors I just heard back from PM - they said there's nothing they can do for me to help fix this. BUT said they will do what they can to help you from their end if you reach out to them. I'm so sorry, I would've liked to fix this for you. I have a pair of vintage cowboy boots that were too narrow for just one foot (like they're 2 different sizes), and I used a shoe tree to loosen it up to a comfortable fit for me. But I don't know if something like that would work in this case.
