Black Mock Turtle Neck-by Ellen Tracy

NWT Ellen Tracy Black Mock Turtle Neck. Just in time for the fall. The mock neck is not too thick so you won't get too hot, it makes for nice lines when worn by it's shelf or under a blazer.
