Black Miniskirt with Stripes

Enjoy the best of black, white, and blue when wearing this adorable miniskirt. There is some minor wear (loose stitching) where the blue trim and skirt attach, but the skirt is still intact and this flaw is not outwardly noticeable. Looks great with a set of black tights. Tag is slightly torn, and I found it that way upon purchase at a consignment shop in 2014. Zips at the side. Comes from a home with cats and a dog.
