Black Mini Dress with Open Back

This is a circa 2010 Nom de Plume dress. It's a mini length with two layered bottom half (tulle on top). The back has a cut out and black rose embroidered clasp at back of the neck. You will need to wear a slip underneath because the bottom half is a bit see-through. It's a size large, but fabric doesn't stretch. Only worn twice.
