brenda78247 Hello! I love this skirt! I wear a size 5 in Junior clothes. My hips are 29 inches. I don't remember my waist. Does the skirt lay on the waist or hips?

belladmc6 @brenda78247 Hi! This skirt is meant to sit on the hips, however it is a pull on skirt and could in actuality be worn on the waist as well. There is also 4% Spandex to it so it does have a good amount of stretch to it.
