Black Mesh Party skirt

Size 3x high/ low multi-layer mesh skirt. Can be worn dressed up or down (t-shirt and sneakers or blouse and heels). Can also serve as a swim skirt cover-up. Shorter in the front than in the back. Like- new condition, just can not fit me.
