White House Black Market WHBM Black, asymmetrical skirt, soft, flouncy skirt Rayon and spandex. W/ slit on one side. Made in the USA 97% Rayon 8% Spandex Soft! 22 1/2 " length 23 1/2 at the longer part, so really not very asymmetrical, has these flouncy flaps..with a slip in the middle, really hard to take pictures of black fabric. Waist is 15" across 30" total stretchy..fits me and I wear size 8. Colors vary, so please feel free to ask questions. comes from a non smoking household.
