lunacat123 @shoppersq hi, it’s 18 in from arm seam. I tried it on and it fit more like a small to a sm medium. Please note the eye hooks don’t really close the jacket. It fits like the photo. That’s why it’s priced the way it is. Hope this helps. If it works for you, I can send it first thing tomorrow.
