Black Long Sleeve Chiffon Dress with Arm Cut Outs

NWT! Bought from a boutique online and wasn't able to return it! I bought it for an occasion and it wasn't exactly what I wanted! It is such a cute dress though! Would make a really great and versatile LBD!! It is a little higher in the front than it is in the back. Has 2 large slits down the arms. 100% polyester.
