Like New Black Light Visuals Leggings! 💡 (no filter) Yes, they do glow under black light!! These are an extra small and fit to size!! A tad thicker so you don't feel like you're booty is showing, but thin enough to where they are still comfy for festies 👀🌺 I am 5'0 and 90 lbs and they fit perfect! They do 'bunch up' a small amount in the ankles so if you're a little taller, they should fix even better. Never worn to a festival, only to a show or two. They did accidentally make it into the dryer once but the quality didn't change. These are OBO, so feel free to make one 😎
