I am selling a black leather skirt. Flat lay waist measurement is 15 inches (you can wear this on different parts though, heads up. Depending on your size, this can be high waisted or you can wear it lower on your hips.). Top to bottom is 18 1/2 inches. It is in excellent condition, I only wore it once. The only issue, the hanger left a few prints/wrinkles, nothing too major. They'd probably even come out naturally over time. Made of polyester. Purchased from Nordstrom.
