Black Leather Youth Child's Cowboy Boots Rubber Sole B4102

I can't make out the brand. Looks like "A j...... Product" but I can't find anything like it. The leather is heavy and stiff, and shows very little wear. There are a few tiny scuffs. The soles are in excellent condition. The size says B4102.
