ravenalice13 @alanern1 Hello! I can only go by what the tag is showing (which is pictured). They feel like it. I'm not sure what the measurement for a wide calf would be but the pix are posted with measurements.

ravenalice13 @alanern1 I'm a 14" and it had about an inch worth of space not using the stretch part. I think it would be tight on you but you should use the measurements against boots that you own to be sure. ...I also have a super cute green pair in my closet you can check out. They are wider.
