Black Latin Rhythm Dance Skirt with Built-In Shorts Asian XL US Medium

This is an unbranded black Latin or rhythm dance skort. It features built-in shorts, and the length of the two sides is adjustable by a looped string that can be used to cinch the fabric. Currently, I have one side tied up and one side untied (see last photo for more details). Both ties are functional. The approximate flat measurement is 12.5". The skirt is stretchy. It's an Asian XL which is equivalent to a US medium. It's in good, used condition. My home is smoke-free, but dog-friendly.
