Gorgeous, new w/o tags. Sleeveless lace bodice, with black tulle skirt. 100% lined. Back comes to a V (but is high enough that you can still wear a bra. 👍) Flat measurements: Bust: 15" with stretch (I bought this when my chest was a 34-36" and it was a perfect fit) Waist: 13" with stretch.
