Black Lace Tail Dress, NWOT

Such a unique dress!! Gorgeous Black Dress, with Beautiful lace detail all along top, and even cuter- a long black tail in the back! Super formal looking! Never seen another dress like this one! Bought in a boutique in Boston. Size Large but definitely fits like a small/medium. Removed tags but never wore! Pictures don't do it justice. Would be happy to provide IRL pics !
