Black Lace Skirt

About 12” from bottom of waistband to black slip underneath. Then the lace goes over about 1-2” depending on how you fill it out 🍑🙂 No size but about a small/medium Sits at waist and waist measurement is about 12” lying flat and has a good amount of stretch. My waist is around 29” and it’s comfortable. Worn only 1-2 times!
