Black Lace Shoulder Blouse with neck tie

Lightweight flirty blouse in excellent condition with beautiful lace detail across the top part (front and back) of the shirt that is with a lace mini ruffle neck and ties at the top to make bow or be worn loose. The bottom of the shirt is a plain black lightweight material. The sleeve has the same lace detail from the shoulder to the elbow and then the plain black material as the shirt body. Once past the elbow, the sleeve gets fuller and gathers at the wrist. The fit is slimmer in the lace areas and loose around the body.
