Black Lace Ruffle Shorts

Black shorts with layers of frothy crochet-style lace are a junior size small. Elasticized waistband is 3' wide, 13" waist (laid flat), stretches to 16"; short length measured from crotch is 4". Never worn, but no tags inside or out. Hand wash lukewarm or cool water, or machine wash gentle would be recommended. Fabric: 100% Polyester.
