Black Lace Maxi Skirt

This black lace ankle length maxi skirt has two layers to it - the bottom layer which is a thicker type of fabric and the top layer which is just that of floral lace. The thick waistband is quite stretchy which makes it forgiving on certain sizes. Is on the heavier side and most likely not the best to wear on a particularly hot summer day. No loose threads or stains.
