samanthatlee @avacita they will send you a return label for the full order and then you ship all items back to me. That is how Poshmark returns work. You can't just pick and choose what items to return for a bundle.

samanthatlee @avacita it does not work like that. There are no exchanges. I know what customer service will do. I'm a very experienced seller on here. They will send you a shipping label to return the full order then you will ship the order back to me for a refund. That is how it works. They will not exchange it and they will not let you send back an incomplete order

samanthatlee @avacita I'm trying to tell you how Poshmark works because you don't understand it. Even if an exchange was possible I sold out of the smalls and wouldn't be able to send a new one until i receive more. This is how returns work, I'm trying to make sure you follow the return policy otherwise you wouldn't get any refund even if you sent back one of the items.
