Black Label by Chico’s black zip up vest/blouse. This gorgeous vest/blouse has a wavy ruffle all the way down the front and back with a mesh behind the pleats. This vest zips down from the top around the neck. It also zips up from the bottom to give a little bit more room around your waist. It’s made of 100% polyester. Used in excellent condition in smoke free home. Chico’s size 1 is equivalent women’s medium/size 8.
