Black Knee High Boots Elastic "GILLY" Size 9M

Excellent condition! Worn around the office. I purchased them new offline not realizing they were knee high equestrian/riding boots. The top just covers the knee cap. I wanted a mid-calf boot. The half back side is full elastic material. I can not find a brand on them anywhere, but found similar boots by Max Studio for $250 and Born B. O. C. for $140. Easy to get on and off.
