These Forever 21 black jean shorts are SO CUTE—they feature a gorgeous lace trim on the bottom that's detailed in the third photo. The tag says 24, but they fit a 2... this is why I'm selling them! I normally wear a 0, but they're too large for me. No flaws! Measurements: Waist—26 inches Button to crotch—10 inches (not including lace) Outer inseam—8 inches (not including lace)
