Black Isaac Mizrahi for Target midi dress

It was hard for me to let this dress go because it is an all time favorite! The perfect dress for just about any occasion. Black Isaac Mizrahi for Target midi mock neck dress with ruching at the bodice on one side and long sleeves that are ruched at the cuffs. Please note: The material does have TINY “balls” in some areas, but they are very small and blend in since it is dark. I did mark it down due to the “balls.” But it is still a GREAT dress!
