Black High-Rise Flowy Mini Skirt with Pockets

Black high-rise flowy mini skirt from Forever 21, size Small. Has decent sized pockets, but not noticeable. Well worn but not noticeable at all, hardly any fraying inside or out and still great quality. Soft material, not too thin but not too thick. I am 5'2" with long legs and it is fairly short on me, but still covers what needs to be covered. Can be worn as casual or dressy depending on accessories. Very form-flattering due to the high-rise aspect - accentuates waist nicely.
