Black High-Low Skirt

skirt says it is a large, but definitely fits like a medium! chiffon-like material that has multiple layers which wrap around to the front. they have shorts underneath, but they're not visible at all while walking around! I always wore this skirt high-waisted and played around with the tops and the shoes I wore with it
