If we could make an even exchange I’ll accept this offer. Will you be sending a return mailing label? How do we go about the money exchange? Do you refund the money then I purchase the pants? I really don’t know how it works.

@melgrd I think now that a case has been opened up, we have to wait to see what they (Poshmark) decides. Poshmark handles all the shipping labels & money. Let’s see what they come back with. If they agree with the case they will send you a shipping label to return the item to me and they will return your money. If they decide the other way then it is yours to keep. In that case…I will make you a much better offer on the pants (just so I don’t lose money) & you feel like things are fair.
