Black High Low Sleeveless Dress

New and a homemade piece! Not by me 😅 but an incredibly talented friend. Lightweight and flowy. High low, has a layer under so it isn't see through. Would best fit a size M-L! About 18.5in pit to pit, 14in waist and has an elastic band that stretches more. 26in long down the front. NO TRADES :)
