Black Heeled Slouch Boots NWOT Unbranded

Cute pair of fashion boots are made from a thinner suede-like material and are lightly lined. Boots are new without tag and never worn as they ended up being too small in the calf. Calf circumference is about 15.5 inches. Heel is about 2.5 inches high. Buckles can be undone but they are decorative and not able to be tightened or loosened. The soles are lightly textured. There is a small scratch on one of the heels but it is not really noticeable once on. Size on the boots is 39 and fit my size 8 pretty true to size though they may be able to accommodate an 8.5.
