Black Heeled Ankle Boots

Black booties with brass colored grommets and buckle detail. Like new! Never worn outside. Too small for me but missed the return date. Says “38” on the bottom but fits like a narrow U.S. 7 - 7.5. Flexible man made upper. Rubber-like grippy sole.
