Purchased at Prom Girl for Miss Washington's Outstanding Teen opening number and used just once for that event for less than an hour. Like new condition, size small (4), black, off-the-shoulder dress perfect for HCO, pageant, prom or any special event. Stretch jersey top with tulle skirt that is embellished with stars and black crystals. Only alteration was trimming the tulle to be the same length as the underskirt layers. Super cute dress, just not going to use again!
