Black Halter Cocktail dress

Halter top cocktail dress with beading. I bought for an event last year and only wore it once. It no longer fits me. But it looks stunning on. I know the pics aren't the best but it really is a beauty. The dress is about knee length but the top is what gives it that little sexiness.
