Black Halston Heritage cocktail dress

Worn 2 or 3x. It is cute, with an off center belt that fastens kind of like a wrap dress. It’s hard to capture what it looks like without a mannequin. The only challenge is that it always takes me a while to figure how to fasten the belt to make the look work. I bought it from a Halston Heritage outlet a few years ago. The sales clerks helped me figure it out, but it’s been too long!
