Black Halo Sannibel Red Two Piece Mini Dress

Black Halo 2 piece ‘dress’ — it’s a cropped top with adjustable slit using a zipper in back and a skirt with pockets. Beautiful thick crepe-like material (not really flowy) and bright red color. Wore once to my college graduation and in very good condition.
