Black Halo Dress Ruffle Sleeves Size Medium Pit to Pit 17½" Waist 14½" Length 35" Hips 18½" Collar Round and Deep Cut It's sleeveless but it has ruffles that start in the bust area go over the shoulders down to about 3" below the armpit. Those ruffles over hang over the shoulders to give the dress the appearance of a 3" sleeve on each side. The markings on the tag have erased, I don't know the size, material or care instructions. From the measurements of the bust area is how I came to the conclusion of the dress being a medium size.
