Black Halo. Egan One Shoulder Floral Print Dress in Royal Bloom. Size: 4 Color: Royal blossom - white base with blue shades of flowers. Florals Brand new with tags. Dress has 3 small scuffs in the fabric on the front shoulder piece. Please see the last 2 photos. I've circled where they are located and have also included a close up. They are not holes or pulls, but more of a scuff on the fabric.
