Black, scoop neck and back, pleated, empire waist dress by HODGES COLLECTION. Could be worn with leggings. Keyhole blouson sleeves with unfinished edges (please examine the last 3 photos closely). Medium-heavy weight of the material helps the dress drape nicely and the skirt twirl! Never worn and in like-new condition. Size is L/XL. Material is most likely a cotton/poly blend with elastane. Made in the USA.
