3/$15 Black H&M cocktail dress size 10

Excellent like new condition dress, fully lined, machine washable. Color is black, but floral part looks like midnight blue and black in certain light. Textured material. Gold zipper. 18 inches pit to pit, 35.5 inches in length. 16 inches at waist. Material doesn’t stretch, so in my opinion, runs small, which is why I listed as a 10 when it says size 12.
