It has a 5 button front placket and a hidden left side zipper with a single button closure over the zipper at the waistline. The front has an attached apron that runs the length from the waist to the bottom hem. The cape is attached as well. The sleeves are elbow length (half length). It is made of a blended, high quality fabric (like a rayon/polyester). It is very well made. The measurements were taken with the garment lying flat-without stretching.
