Black Clasped Shift Dress Vintage black short sleeved dual layered shift dress with gold toned clasps (non functional) down the center. This item previously had shoulder pads but they were incredibly lumpy and I removed them. This dress has some shiny spots from being ironed. Visible in last photo.
