Black Gap flare skirt dress

OR BEST OFFER. Super hard to see this dress in pics, but it has a pleated flare skirt and sewn pleats on the top. The straps go to the edge of your shoulders. I’ve never worn this dress because it’s a little too tight and short on me! I will lint roll the fuzz off before shipping lol!! Super cute for someone who it fits :)
