Black Fringe Open-Back Blouse

This is a cute little number with a fringe detail throughout, and open back and bell-like tie sleeves/cuffs. It’s soft and comfortable and can be worn with jeans, skirts or shorts. It shows a little sign of wear but other than that in good condition.
