Black Francesca’s off the shoulder dress

Beautiful! Off the shoulder dress. Never been worn. Bought it for a wedding and didn’t go but I did take the tags off and I cut the size tag at the back of the neck because it itched. Technically a large but fits more like a medium. See pictures for measurements
