Black Formal Midi Dress

Only worn once + great condition! Black midi mermaid-style dress with cut-outs & ruffles at the top. Material is comfortable and stretchy. Don’t have an exact size for the dress but fits like a XS/S. Please note: The back elastic seam is a bit un-woven, but can easily be fixed by hand or machine (last photos to see!) The elastic is still in perfect condition just needs a few stitches. Dress still looks perfect without, but wanted to share the detail :)
